THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ENOCH ZINK (exactly as it was written)
"In the name of God Amen I Enoch Zink of the County of Highland and state of Ohio being in a low state of health but in pefet deposeing mind and memory and understand thanks be to God for his mercies to me do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in the form and manner following And first I will devise that all my just debts be paid and my body commited to the grave in a decent Christian like manner. 2nd After all my just debts and funeral expenses are paid I will and bequeth unto my beloved wife Mary Zink all my real and Personal property as long as she lives to use as she may think proper only what is here after mentioned.
3rd I will and bequeth unto Elizebeth Zink and Meriah Zink my beloved daughters each of one cow one bed and bedding and one spinning wheel.
4th If Enoch Milton Zink Cyrus Milton Zink should live with their Mother until her death and take care of her third of the personal property be theirs.
5th And at the death of my said wife the real and personal property not otherwise desposed of be sold and shall be equally devided among my children on tenth part of my estate to be devided among the children of my son John Zink and equally the ballance to be equely devided amounst the reast of my children as Samuel Zink Elizabeth Zink David K Zink Sarrah Davis Thomas Zink Eli Zink Meriah Zink Enoch Milton Zink Cyrus Wilson Wilson Zink and that Sarrah Davis part be left in the hands of David K Zink to be either given to her if he thinks proper or detained for her or children as it may seem to be necysary. And lastly I hereby constitute and appoint my son David K Zink to be my executor of this my last will and testament revoking anuling all former wills by me made and rattifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament. Signed published and decared by the above name Enoch Zink for his last will and testament in presents of us who at his request signed or witnysed the same J. E Newell, John Foster, and Thomas Duncan
